Is there an option to receive a written confirmation of a license agreement?

Background:

I have created a figure for a scientific publication which should be published. Therefor the editor ask for such a document.

Well, the licence agreement as stored on Adobe's website is a written agreement.

 

But I suppose that you have created an infographic based on an asset downloaded and licenced by you. Unfortunately, I cannot see what and how you modified the asset, but I would suppose that it will be OK, to assume, that the asset has been changed to your needs.
