Hi, I have third time the same issue: after monthly renewal subscription plan my licenses are gone (there is no way I've used 350 licenses in one day).
No but it is possible that you licensed 350 items over the course of the month. Please review your license history, you can access it from the profile menu. Your subscription will renew on the third of December.
I suppose, you see in your licensing history, what you used up. You will, however, to solve this, have to contact Adobe customer care, who can check this and react accordingly.
