Adobe Stock Medien nicht verfügbar

In meinem ABO Creativ Cloud sind pro Monat 10 Adobe Stock Medien enthalten. In Adobe Stock kann ich sehen, wie viele Bilder ich frei habe. Dort bin ich seit einem Jahr auf 240, aber die werden nicht mehr. Also die 10 freien Stock Medien / Monat werden nicht addiert. Woran kann das liegen? Danke

An Adobe: sehr schade, dass es keine Kontakt Möglichkeit an Adobe direkt gibt!

Das 10 Kredite/Monat Abonement akkumulieren höchstens ein ein Jahreskontingent an Krediten auf. Das wären dann 120 Kredite und keine 240. Das ist in den Abobedingungen klar dokumentiert.
