Adobe stock on demand won't update my payment info. What can I do?

I'm trying to update billing info (update our expired CC) via Chrome.

The message is "Your plan has expired. Please update your payment details to reactivate it."
I've tried multiple times updating the credit card info, however, the alert persists.

Now I'm trying to update again, and the error message is

"An error occurred

We’ve encountered an error processing your information. Try submitting again, or use a different web browser."

I tried in IE, but to no avail.

When I try to purchase stock, my only options are for subscriptions, not On Demand.  Usually, there aren't any options it just charges me the on demand rate.

Hi D. T.,

I'm sorry the option to purchase standard assets was removed from the Adobe Stock site some time ago. I apologize for the confusion this has caused you.

I am also getting "your plan has expired" message.  I'm using the same credit card I use for my plan.  It hasn't expired.  Why does this happen every month?!
