I submitted a request to withdraw dollars on the 11th, but it's been 11 days now and it's still showing as pending. What's the reason?

Today is only business day 7. You should receive oayment before the end of next week.

It's 7 to 10 business days. (the 11th probably doesn't count, depending on what time you requested a payout). I suspect you'll see your payment by the 25th.
