Adobe Stock Plan

I initially purchased Adobe Stock as a trial plan and continued my membership the next month. I did not choose a plan in Adobe Stock in any way. I have a Creavetive Cloud account and I already purchased my plan there annually. I just want to cancel my Adobe Stock membership. Can someone tell me how I can do it

Hello @EvilBug1
I tried to contact the customer representative for cancellation, but I cannot reach them. If I proceed with live support, I will immediately explain my problem and end it, but the bot in the customer representative does not help.

I have that same problem. I have a Creative Cloud account, but I am not subscribed to Adobe stock. Or I'm not aware that I'm a member. I don't use this app, but it charges me every month. Why do I have to pay for a plan I don't use? I'm going to cancel the plan, it's asking for money again. I request that this issue be resolved urgently.

If you are trying to cancel and getting quoted a cancellation charge you obviously DO have a stock subscription that you've been billed for regularly. It's not an App. It's an online subscription service for which you opted in, whether you recall intentionally doing so or not...
