Adobe Stock plan cancellation

i wnat to cancel my adobe stock 16 credit plan. I bought the credit pack on August 22, but i couldn't download the 4K Video. So i couldn't use the credit. 

i'm a top administrator. but i don't see the cancel button on my plan page.

and the payment method management button doesn't work. 

What should i do to cancel the Adobe Stock 16 credit plan?
