ADOBE STOCK PLAN FOTOGRAFÍA

Buenas tardes,

Estamos suscritos a un plan en el que tenemos derecho a descargar 10 fotografías mensualmente, hasta ahora hemos estado descargando esas fotografías sin problema, desde este mes al hacerlo nos aparece una ventana que nos pide un pago o suscripción a un plan. Podrían decirnos a qué es debido?

    Hi Eva,

    Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Adobe Stock services.

    I have checked your account details under the Adobe ID shared in the forums and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan on 22nd of September, 2018. The subscription has already been cancelled and that is the reason when you try to download any asset from Adobe Stock, it shows you a prompt as subscribe to a plan.

    In order to license new assets, please subscribe to a new plan from our plans page: Adobe Stock pricing and membership plan | Adobe Stock
