Adobe Stock Refund?

One of the users on our team downloaded a Premium image which we do not need (ever). Is there anyone I can contact about this? Is there a way (aside from changing the filter each time you go into Adobe Stock) to limit users ability to download premium or enhanced images?

There is no way to permanently filter out the Premium assets, and there is no way to disable licensing enhanced assets.

However, for all assets that cost more than one credit, the user gets asked to confirm the licensing. They should be vigilant to this.

As you have a teams subscription, support should not be contacted as indicated by @Manan Joshi. That method is for individual subscription users.

You should contact support via the admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support). Check here for more information on that: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html. You need to be an administrator to do so. The rest of Manan's instructions are still correct.

You should contact Adobe support and they should be able to help you. To contact support follow the instructions given below
    1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open
    3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box
    4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.

P.S. Be mindful of answering anyone who sends you a private message. See the following for more information about scammers
