Adobe Stock Refund

I licensed 2 images https://stock.adobe.com/images/welcome-to-fabulous-las-vegas-nevada-sign-illustration-with-palm-trees-and-desert-landscape-background/1950781746 and https://stock.adobe.com/images/welcome-to-fabulous-las-vegas-nevada-sign-graphic/1957868366 both of which are just image traced from another file or an Ai render. These are not great quality, and I’d like to get my credits back. How do I do that?

    Adobe Stock has zero quality control now it’s making it unusable because you can’t see how bad the quality is until you download it! I switch off the AI generation option too!

    Adobe changed their online account page again.

    Hello @YortNotsew, I've sent the details of your report to be reviewed internally. Thank you for the report and sorry for the problem with the asset.

    @Contributor1,

    Please review these assets.

    @YortNotsew,

    Sorry for your frustration. Contact Adobe Customer Support.

    https://account.adobe.com/

    Click the online chat icon and ask for an AGENT.

    What to say in Chat:

    1. I licensed 2 bad Stock Assets ID #xxxxxxx and #xxxxxxx
    2. They are both unusable for this reason…
    3. I would like a credit refund for both assets.

    Hope that helps.
