Adobe Stock requiring credits to license assets?

Hi all,
 
I work for a company and have utilized using stock for nearly 2 years now, and it's been very helpful and essential to my work. Things were working fine last week, but since the start of this week it's been acting differently. Previously when I wanted to license an image, I could do so very easily - but now it shows different options for licensing, and gets stuck after I choose one and click "license", and never downloads anything.
 
It didn't do this before, so I'm unsure if this is something that's changed with the website itself or my account, as it's part of a corporation. I've tried several different things, but nothing has worked. I've turned hardware acceleration on/off, cleared my browser cache, tried another browser, tried incognito mode, restarting. My co-worker, who also works in the same department as me, is also facing this issue under his account with the same company.

With different options, you mean this?You need to learn about the use of the different licences, as laid out in the licensing terms. Depending on the licences you take, you can do more or less with the asset. Those options, however, are not that new. What is new is that you can spend credits for buying an extended licence. Formerly that was not possible, and still, probably depends on the type of subscription you have. You will find that for premium images, you will need even more plan credits, so be careful, not to licence those, if you want to avoid spending the credits. Check here for the licencing terms and what you can do with a standard licence and when you do need an extended licence: https://stock.adobe.com/license-terms. Most of the use cases will be served well with the lesser standard licence.
