Adobe Stock scam

Good everyone, I am trying to contact Adobe because on March 9th I started a 30 day free trial for iStock. After about 15-20 days I cancelled it so that I would not be charged for the next month.

Today May 10th I just saw that yesterday I was charged 36,29€ and on April 9th another 36,29€! In addition I have income and collections of -1€ from iStock. I do not know if I have been scammed or hacked, but I demand the money back or I will resort to legal proceedings because I never contracted such a service and I canceled it in due time.

Hello Adrian,

I am sorry your cancellation wasn't completed as you had expected. Adobe will always send a confirmation email when customers cancel their subscriptions.

After reviewing your account, I can confirm that the subscription is currently canceled, and we received your cancellation request on 05/10/23. Additionally, it appears that you haven't licensed any assets in the past few billing cycles.

Please contact customer care, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and explain that you have not used any of the paid quota of your subscription.

Great! iStock is a different company.

In addition, the 10-photo plan, which I didn't even sign up for, costs 29.99€. They are charging me 36,29€ for something I didn't sign up for!

If you want to cancel an Adobe plan, go to https://account.adobe.com/plans, click “Manage plan” and cancel.
