Adobe Stock scam Unbelievable and shameful!

Just discovered that I have been charged for 8 months for something I haven't even used.

Adobe doesn't even include it in your Adobe cloud account so you have no idea that it's even happening and you can't cancel it. This is plain old fraud.

You have to research to find out who to call and get it resolved. Then i was connected with an India based call center.

They state that I agreed to a 1 year memebership and the charges will continue to the end of the year.

This is unacceptable, of course. Then i asked to speak to a spupervisor - response "that will take 24 hours"

I was very polite until this point - Then i started getting angry.

Their solution after that was to cancel the plan and refund 2 months - but they still owe me 6 months of previous charge which is $179.94.

This is Shameful from such a renowned company.

I will take this up with my credit card and get it all back if they don't resolve the remainder of the refund.

You "just discovered" that you've been charged for 8 months? You agreed to the terms when you signed up, and you had an opportunity to cancel early on. Adobe is not doing anything fraudulent or under-handed.

Hi @lzafar,

When you signed up for the trial you agreed to the terms and should have canceled within fourteen days of signing up if you did not wish to continue the paid subscription. However I can see that you only used one license from your trial month. I have reached out to customer care on your behalf and someone will look into your case. For your reference your case number is ADB-28801963-R9M0.
