Adobe Stock script alert "This item cannot edited because it is still being downloaded"

Does anyone know why I keep getting this alert displayed above? I have an adobe adobe account through my work and the past month I have not been able to use the assets downloaded from adobe stock. I'm thinking it could be my works firewall. I have tried dowloading in chrome and microsoft edge with the same issue. When I go to libraries and try to open up the document it gives me that script error. "This item cannot edited because it is still being downloaded" And when I go to my adobe library it says it is licensed but I can't use them.
