Adobe Stock search is completely unusable.

Adobe Stock search is completely unusable.

Every search (e.g. "Scotland", "Nature", "London") briefly displays "Page not found" before automatically redirecting to the Adobe Stock homepage.

We have reproduced this:

  • multiple Adobe accounts
  • multiple users
  • multiple Macs/PCs
  • Safari, Chrome and Edge
  • logged in and logged out
  • Belgium

Direct URLs such as https://stock.adobe.com/search/images?k=scotland also fail.

Safari Web Inspector reports:

  • "Failed to load resource: Redirect was not allowed"
  • "Unhandled Promise Rejection: TypeError: Load failed"

This appears to be a server-side routing or redirect issue rather than a client problem.

Anyone know what is going on? Support closed my request without answering..

I had the same issue as well. I think it was just a bug.

Search seems to be working fine for me here in California.

@anne_5199 it doesn’t fix things, but adobe seems to know about the problem and is fixing it: https://status.adobe.com/
