Adobe Stock stops working once I log in.

Hello all,

 

So as the title mentions, if I am using adobe stock without logging in, it works fine. I even tried my friend's account and it was fine. But once I login with my account, it stops working for some reason. Sometimes it says the page timed out or the page isn't working right now. 

 

I have a teams subscription so I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.

There were some issues with the stock website. So please confirm that the issue is still present.

 

I will also move this to the stock forum from the stock contributors forum, as it seems to have to do with using Adobe stock as a user and not a contributor.

Issue is still present, having this problem now 😞

We don't know what your issue is. "Not working" is not enough information to troubleshoot. Please provide more details including steps to reproduce and any error messages you see.

Not sure what you mean by "it stops working". Can you post a screen print of the error message? This is the Adobe Stock Contributor forum. Are you saying that you're unable to upload images to your Contributor account?
