Adobe Stock Subscription (750 assets/month)

Hi Team,

Please, I need your help. I have an end client with an Adobe Stock Subscription (750 assets/month). They have their subscription active but they can't use it because it seems that they don't have available credits. We don't understand what is the reason why they can't use licenses if they have an active suscription. Please, could you help me? I do appreciate your support. Thank you in advance for your support.

@Mar24951787kaz6, 750 assets/month plans were converted to multi-asset plans recently allowing the customer to use their license quota to license video and premium assets. Customer should review their license history where they can review what has been licensed. If customer has additional questions or requires more information then please have customer contact customer care as directed by Abambo.

Is it a Teams/Enterprise subscription or an individual subscription? For the Teams /Enterprise subscription, they should use the admin console (http://adminconsole.adobe.com) and contact support (tab “Support”).
