ADOBE STOCK TRIAL cancel

I signed up for ADOBE STOCK TRIAL but I almost never had access. today i received the payment invoice sent to my mail. i want to cancel and refund the transaction but i received a fee of US$164.95 . amount is too big. Can someone help me with this problem?

You probably got the early termination fee because you waited too long to cancel. You can cancel during the first 14 days of your paid subscription (so the second month) free of charge. Thereafter, an early termination fee of half of the remaining due has to be paid. If you haven't used the service, I propose you contact Adobe customer care and try to negotiate a waiver of the termination fee.

A certain ABAMBO give not correct answer; who decide that his answer is correct ? Who blocked the discussion after his statment. He clearly does not have legal expertise neither in general, nor with reference to Italy ..... First: he does not kown what the vexiatuos cluases are and in which way they should be approve.; Second: He did not understand that I asked how to have a direct contradictory discussion with a Adobe rappresentative, not in which way to contact the assistence: His "correct" opinion produces just useless chat with A.I.  .... (cfr. attach) .....
