Adobe Stock trial cancelled but still being charged

I signed up to the Adobe Stock trial and cancelled before the service expired. I have since been charged for 2 months of service use despite me cancelling in plenty of time. I've tried to cancel again but Adobe are trying to charge me a hefty cancellation fee for cancelling early. I can't believe that Adobe treat their customers like this. Trying to resolve this issue through customer care has been nearly impossible. Shame on you Adobe. I can only hope that you respond to this post.

If you cancelled, you have a confirmation mail of the cancel. Show that the agent, and he or she will help you.

Please contact Adobe customer care. If you havn't used the service, I think that Adobe handles this gracefully in your favour. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.
