Adobe Stock - Using real people with disabilities?

Are the pictures in Adobe Stock portraying people with disabilities actually real people with disabilities? Or are they just models?

That's not available information. I suppose that there is both. Contributors upload their assets and all they need to do is to attach a model release. So, it depends on the creator and the models.

@Abambo Thank you. I'm not very familiar with Adobe Stock yet - if there was a particular image we were interested in, is there a way we can contact that photographer to ask them the question? Do we have a way of contacting them?

No, there is no possibility to contact the photographer. And FYI: this situation is not unique to Adobe stock. Indeed, all stock providers rely on external contributors and the rules in this respect are quite the same.
