Question

Adobe stock will not let me download any assets as of this week even though I am part of an Enterprise license.

I have a Creative Cloud license through my work.  I use Adobe Stock regularly primarily for images.  When I tried to download an asset today, I noticed that the interface was different in that it took me to a kind of checkout page once I clicked to download the image.  Some of the images said they were included in the plan and others wanted credits to be able to download when I never had to use credits prior. Then, even if I have an image included in my plan, I get the following error stating I cannot download the selected image.

    First, please check with your company's plan administrator.
    If the issue is not resolved, please also contact customer support.

    Thank you.  I have already sent a ticket to our helpdesk but they move at government speed.  I thought I would post here to see if anyone else was experiencing the same issue.

    First, please ask your internal plan administrator to check the plan and profile settings.

    If the page is not displaying correctly due to browser cookies or cache, clearing them may resolve the issue.
    You might also try accessing the site using a different browser or by creating a new browser profile.
