Adobe Stock YouTube audio copyright dispute did not work. How do I get it cleared?

I recently uploaded a video using Adobe Stock audio to YouTube and received a copyright claim.  This is nothing new, as I have always been able to follow the procedure to dispute the claim and it gets cleared shortly after providing the license code.  However, this time, after the copyright owner reviewed my claim, they “decided that their copyright claim is still valid.”  The name that they provided for the copyrighted content isn’t even the name of the file I used in the video.  How do I further appeal this process without the risk of getting a copyright strike on my account?

AFAIK, Adobe doesn’t get in the middle of legal disputes. Consult a legal expert to guide you.

I think you have the right to file a counterclaim with YouTube, informing them that the owner is mistaken. But I am not a lawyer. And this is not free legal advice.

    Best of luck.

I'm having the exact same issue. Looking closer we even have 4 videos where the copyright owner rejected our claim. So if you have an Adobe Stock subscription they are still allowed to reject your dispute?
