Adobe Template Not Working

Question

I just purchased a video template that's supposed to work with premiere pro so I can import my own videos (it's for a youtube intro) and premiere pro isn't recognizing it. I then downloaded after effects (per google suggestion) and it won't open in there either. The file format is in .mogrt

I'm running out of ideas on how to get it to open so I can edit it.

Maybe you should start telling us your Premiere Pro version? And it would be of great interest to know the asset ID so that someone can check this out.
