Adobe trying to charge me for assets I've already paid for under my subscription

I have an account with Adobe.  I'm trying to download some assests and it's trying to charge me even though my monlthy membership has went through on Oct 7th and not due again until Nov. 7th

I can see that you purchased a new Stock subscription on October 21st, so you should now be able to license assets. Please note that a Creative Cloud subscription is separate - it does not provide access to license Stock assets on it's own.
