Advert or nagscreen on thumbnail download
Why do I get an advert or nag screen to upgrade my plan (for videos I don't need or want) Every. Single. Time. I. Downlaod. A. Thumbnail¡?
It's absolutely infuriating. Adobe have ZERO respect for us as clients - they see us as cash generation bots to be abused and squeezed for more cash at every little tiny opportunity. To the point of making their already overpriced and buggy services close to unusable.
How can I ensure someone at Adobe learns of my displeasure and annoyance at this? Their "help" system is s a master class in Dark UI/UX. Actually finding help or someone to complain to results in a loop of links and promises that lead nowhere and acheives nothing but frustration and anger.
