Advertising agency and use for clients

If the advertising agency where I work buys a license for an Adobe Stock photo, can I use the photo in an advertisement for the advertising agency's client? And if so: Can I subsequently use the same photo in another ad for another of the advertising agency's clients?

No! You can't even use the asset for your use without acquiring a new licence.
