After licensing an icon template on Adobe Stock, is it permissible to edit/modify icons?

For example, I download an icon template of 'e-learning' but I need to modify some of the icons to fit my project deliverables.

Yes, the license agreement allows you to modify assets to incorporate into your design.

Sure. You can modify any part of an asset when you have licensed the asset. Without that, stock would not be useful.
