AI-generated stock Images of people with disabilities

I'm very disturbed and saddened to see so many AI-generated images of people with Down syndrome available for purchase on Adobe Stock. Some of the images look very distorted and grotesque like the one below or support generalizations of the disability. As a person directly connected to the Down syndrome community, I fear the impact this could have on the public's perception of all people with disabilities. Who is screening this material for sale?

    It does seem to be an exaggerated caricature of a Down syndrome person which seems disrespectful and in poor taste. Perhaps @Contributor1 can ask the moderation team to re-review this one.
