Is thee a way for me to know what percentage of the image or what part of the image was AI generated? And who the creator is?

No. Contributors are required to declare assets as Generative AI if any significant part of it was generated using an AI tool. You cannot contact the creator unless they happen to use their real name as their screen name, in which case, you may be able to google them.

You only know that any image declared as generative AI has important parts of that image generated by AI. That is not a statement about a percentage. The percentage is not relevant to this.
