All of my stock credits are missing but i have an active account.

I have an active subscription to adobe which includes 10 stock credits per month. i barely ever use these credits. I understand they roll over for a year unless the plan is cancelled, and my account has never been cancelled. I should have somewhere in the neighborhood of 120 credits, minus maybe one or two assets. Additionally, my account was charged for 10 credits last week and i have none available at all and it says "no plan" under "available stock quota" when i clearly am being charged monthly for 10 stock assets on my monthly statement.
