AM I a burglar Adobe stock?

Hello,

 

Today a company from turkey wants to money a image from adobe stock. I use this image for my customer web site. 

 

Anybody claim an image adobe stock image? My customer see me like burglar. I do not remember when I purchase this image? I cannot find my account. Also, may be I use this image for free trial. I have 10 credits.

You do, however, NEED to keep detailed records of the stock work you purchase, who you purchased it from, and the license terms.

    If I understand correctly, you've licensed an asset from Adobe Stock and now someone is claiming that you owe them for using using the asset.
