Amendment to license terms?

How does one secure an amendment to the stock license terms and conditions in order to comply with customary film/TV distributor requirements?  

Specifically, I need the license to be modified such that Adobe waives any right of rescission or injunctive relief with respect to the licensed Work and the program into which the licensed Work is incorporated, and want to be sure that the rights in the program featuring the licensed Work may be freely assigned.

The customer service team were at a loss to answer this question.
