Annual subscription ?

Hi,

I took the trial for Stock and right after I finished using it, I cancelled my subscription, but I got a mail from Adobe that says that I owe them around 35€ for an annual subscription, what is that ? I cancelled it, why do they send me this ? I'm not using Stock anymore, I just wanted to try it. Thanks god there's no payment informations on my account so I didn't lose money.

But I want Adobe to cancel this bill. I never asked for an annual subscription. I googled a little bit my problem and apparently I'm not the only one in this case. 

Since I can't call them, I'm posting my problem here.
