Annual Subscription Cancellation

Dear staff,

 

i tried your stock service and i decide to do not renew the subscription BEFORE the trial ending period.
This was two months ago.

I was back on this site today and i clicked accidentally on the blue button inside a preview photo and the subscription period STARTS AUTOMATICALLY without any warning or confirmation request, downloading the image on my computer. 

I tried to cancel the subscription and the system ask me a 100 something amount and this is totaly unacceptable cause i don't want the image or a professional subscription that i will never use in my life cause this is not my work! 

I kindly ask to talk with a human being in order to resolve this issue.

I can see that subscription has been cancelled, locking post.
