Free just means that you do not need to pay to use the assets according to the licensing terms. Free does not mean that the assets are in the public domain, and you are free to use them as you wish. The licence you get with free assets is either a standard one (for pictures and the like) or an enhanced one (for templates, videos and the like). Both licences do not allow you to use them to produce merchandizing... what I read out of your "products to sell". Merchandizing are for example, but not limited to, t-shirts, mugs, posters etc.

You can use the free assets however in a brochure, a website, or the same, as long as you respect the limits of the licence.

"Free of Royalty payments" does not mean that you're free to use such assets in any way you desire. Read the License Agreement here which specifies how you can use the assets from the Free Collection under the Standard License:

No, because they only come with a Standard license.

thanks for responding. im still confused a bit. if i use something to i
have to include a mention of adobe or the creator? For example I want to
use graphics to design christmas ornaments to sell online and locally, i
wanted use parts of some designs I saw on Adobe under FREE combined with
other free things i find. am I going down the wrong path? does anyone
have any suggestions of where I can source free elements to use? Thanks
