Are the stocks lost when the subscription ends?

I paid an adobe Stock subscription for several years but did not use it. Now I have ended my subscription, but I would like to use some of the images I paid for those years. Unfortunately, I can't buy anything. Is it lost?

The Adobe help pages clearly state that unused credits are lost:

Unused credits get lost, yes. Any licensed items stay licenced and can still be used in accordance to the licensing terms.
