Art quality issue

Hello, fellow designers...

I recently downloaded an image that had a pretty big price tag. To my disappointment, the image is very low resolution and I could not use it for my client's order. But there was no way to know that until I enlarged it and started printing on my large format Epson. Will Adobe do anything to help? Can I possibly get a refund? Is there a way to contact anyone with Adobe billing?

You will need to post the asset ID and Adobe can check the asset and eventually refund you. If you need to contact Adobe customer care, Adobe will refer you to the correct place.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Can you provide the asset number?
