I have paid for a video asset and it's been stored in my library. I came to do a re-download today and I get an message saying "Asset No Longer Available". Is this normal?

I'm sorry about that, but that may be normal, as assets are only as long available for download as they are in the database. If the asset contributor or Adobe decide to retrieve the asset, you can't any more download it. Therefore, it is wise to keep a local copy of any asset licensed.
