Asset not as expected when downloaded

I have a problem downloading a vector image in Adobe Stocks. The problem is that the vector image I am trying to download does not correspond to the file that downloads.

The file has the number 222798566 and the Artist is shockfactor.de

It should be a vector image of a father with baby bottles, but when we download the file and open it, what we find is a vector image of a frying pan.

Could anybody help me?
