Asset not licensed or saved to library
Hi Guys, I have multiple users reporting that they cannot license an asset and that items are not saved to their library when they download it via the creative cloud app on a Macbook.
One of my users has used Stock frequently before and this has just started to be an issue.
This user has less than 1000 assets in his library, and has tried disabling pop-up blockers.
Would be grateful for any more suggestions to resolve this
