I have noticed that I am not getting any more assets. It remains at 120 pieces. I should be getting 10 more every month but that hasn't happened for a while. Is there a maximum?

Assets are valid for 12 months only. So with 10 a month you cannot gain more than 120 assets. Note too (since you may not have studied the terms closely) that if you cancel, all assets disappear unless you have purchased a license and downloaded the image.

The maximum rollover is a year's full off credits. You better have to use month per month 10 assets. 

 

If you now plan to cancel: credits won't survive a cancel. You will lose unused credits as soon as you cancel. Licenced items will be available for use according to the licensing terms. .
