Assets gone after reducing subsription

Hi

After reducing my subscription to the smallest one (3 assets per month) I have lost at least 70 available downloads from the previous plan. Customer support claims that changing the plan = canceling the plan, but to me that it is rather counterintuitive and really fng annoying to say the least. Is this really supposed to work this way?

Yes, when you reduce your plan, you will loose accumulated plan credits. Also, your new plan rolls over a maximum of 36 plan credits.

The number of assets you can keep is defined for each price point. So if you downsize the plan your plan limit is immediately reduced. It is not the same as cancelling the plan, but the limit is part of the contract. If you cancel you lose ALL credits immediately.
