Assets left unused

Hi everyone. I was unable to pay the subscription for this month but I have 17 assets that are still unused. Am I not able to use the assets I already paid for unless my subscription is actice?

I suppose that your account has been suspended. You can only use your outstanding assets if your account is active. You will need to pay the subscription or your account will be terminated, and the unused credits get lost. If you have more questions, I suggest to contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
