Assinei o Plano Anual, porém não consigo licenciar imagens

Comecei a assinar o plano anual no dia 23 de maio, com 10 ativos por mês. Porém eu não consigo licenciar imagens. Diz que não tenho ativos e quando clico para licenciar o site pede pra eu comprar algum plano.

There is a lot of resistance from this Adobe Acrobat software, I pay annually, everything I need doesn't work, if a digital signature fails, then free use works better, the benefits charge for usage, if I'm paying annually this is double billing in Brazil, it's a crime to charge in addition to the subscription, embezzlement subject to fines and imprisonment.
