Hello, I need help with the following question: 1. we are located in Russia, Our Agency is engaged in the production of advertising in various forms – graphic videos, video clips, banners, outdoor advertising, etc.. The number of users who will have access to the final product is more than 5 million. Which license is suitable for us?And the second question: 2. Did I understand correctly that an extended license is a prerequisite for producing a video for TV?

Nobody at Adobe will give you a more precise answer to interpret the licensing terms. You need to read the terms and if there is a doubt, you need to consult with your IP lawyer for advanced council.
