At which point did I subscribe to Stock?

My bank just called me as they detected potentially fraudulent activity on my account.

This was unrelated to Adobe, but during the check they mentioned all recent transactions, including a debit from Adobe Stock on my CC.

I am really puzzled. I would have never been informed about this if it was not for my bank calling me. I only used 9 of the 10 free "try out" pictures and now it looks like I am trapped in some monthly plan?

Being a translator by trade, I have no interest whatsoever in having an annual plan and would have certainly a not agreed knowingly to being included into one. I do not remember allowing Adobe to bill me, nor entering into an agreement – or even  giving Adobe my card details (but in all honesty I may have done to access the free trial).

I am happy for Adobe to keep my £19.99 for the 9 images I actually used (which is fair), but can someone at Adobe please get in touch to tell me how to stop this?

    Hi Jean,

    In addition to Brad's response, I understand that you signed up for the Adobe Stock 10 assets plan, meant 1st month free, then $29.99 per month which is an annual commitment. In order to avoid the annual commitment and also to get a full refund, you need to cancel within the first 14 days( which is the trial period).

    Also, you can now self-cancel your Stock membership, please see: Cancel your Adobe Stock membership but there will be a termination fee. Kindly go through the Legal subscription terms | Adobe for more details.

    I found the Adobe site inanely complicated to navigate.

    I have to say that a reminder of the end of the free trial period would not have gone amiss.

    Yes, you subscribed when you signed up for the 10 free images. You sign up for a subscription in which you get the first month (10 licenses) free. You can cancel anytime in the first month to unsubscribe from the subscription.
