Attempted payment Collection After Cancellation.
I signed up for an Adobe stock trial. I did not wish to continue however I missed the trial end date and so was happy to pay £23.99 on 29th September 2022 as it was my own oversight. Even although I cancelled the trial I am receiving messages every month to say that my payment has failed. I have since changed my account and it would seem the only way I can "manage" my account is to update my bank details which I do not want to do for obvious reasons. I am finding it stressful to revive these messages every month. I have canceled this service. Please stop trying to take the funds form my account. Thank you.
