Audio license

also what is the coming soon written beside the audio extended license ?

You currently can't licence audio as an extended licence. It's coming "soon", but "soon" is there for a while now, So I suppose there are some difficulties to get the licensing ready.

As for your first question, according to here, you need an extended licence:
