Audio Stock Advanced License

Question

Hello,

I tried to reach the Adobe Support, but via E-Mail no reply and also the chat was just an algorithm replying to my request and no human.

I am from Germany and I want to put a film I created on a streaming plattform which would make some money. I have the normal audio license for the 4 audio tracks I also used in this film, but it seems that I need to have an advanced audio licence for my purpose, but this is just possible for companies to purchase. I am not a company. So how can I possibly licence the 4 tracks I used in this film from Adobe? And how much would that cost?

Hallo Isabelle,Extended licences for Audio are only available for Enterprise customers. As a side note: Adobe does not provide support by e-mail. I do not know the address you used, but it is for sure not a support e-mail. The chatbot asks a few questions and then connects to a human, if they determined that you will need human help. Occasionally, however, it turns around and does not seem to catch your needs. Personally, I never had that problem. If you type “Agent”, this gets interpreted as a request to get connected to a human.
