Automatic "recharge" at the beginning of the month is not displayed/performed

Hello! I have a monthly abo for 10 stock items since beginng of this year. In January I use them all. But today there was no "recharge" to 10 stock items for February. The counter still shows 0. Isn't this automatically "recharged"? Something else to do? Thank you for your support.

The "recharge" occurs one month from the date and time you started your subscription. So if you started your subscription on the 15th of January at 3:05P.M. your renewal/recharge will occur on the 15th of February at 3:05P.M.
